Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of USA Raja Clips (the "App") and this website, published by RAJ CREATIONS LLC ("we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License to use the App
Purchasing a license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run the App, tied to the computer it's activated on. You can move your license to a new computer through the App's release/reactivate flow, subject to a limit on how many times a license can be released.
Payment
Purchases are processed by our payment provider, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase — meaning our payment provider, not us, is the seller you're transacting with for billing and payment purposes. Our payment provider handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your full card information.
Refund policy
Purchases are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
What you do with your footage
The App works only from video files that you provide directly from your own computer — it does not accept links, does not browse or search any platform, and does not download or scrape content from YouTube, Facebook, or any other service. The App transcribes and re-edits portions of the footage you submit into new video clips ("Output Clips"). By submitting a file to the App, you represent and warrant that: (i) you own the underlying video, or you hold a valid license, permission, or other legal right sufficient to process, edit, and redistribute that video and any Output Clips derived from it; and (ii) your use of the App with that footage does not infringe the copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity. If you choose to connect your own YouTube channel to publish Output Clips, you're also responsible for complying with YouTube's own terms of service for anything you publish there. We do not review, verify, or pre-screen the footage you submit, and nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to content you do not already have the right to use. You are solely and fully responsible for how you obtain, process, and publish any content through the App.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RAJ CREATIONS LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) any breach of the warranty in "What you do with your footage" above; (ii) any third-party claim that footage you submitted to, or processed through, the App infringes that third party's copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other proprietary right; or (iii) your use of the App in violation of these Terms or of any applicable law or third-party platform terms.
Intellectual property
The App itself — its software, design, and branding — is owned by RAJ CREATIONS LLC and licensed to you, not sold. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the App as described above; it doesn't transfer ownership of the App to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate copyright or other intellectual property rights, not to attempt to circumvent its license/activation system, and not to reverse-engineer or resell the App itself.
No guarantee of results
The App is a tool to help identify and cut moments from your own footage. We don't guarantee any particular outcome, view count, or performance for content you create or publish using it.
Warranty disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where such a disclaimer isn't permitted by applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
If we make a material change to these Terms, we will update the effective date above.
