USA RAJA CLIPSby USA Raja Creator Tools

Acceptable Use Policy

Draft โ€” not yet published. An effective date will be set when this policy is publicly posted.

This page explains, in plain terms, what USA Raja Clips (the "App") is meant to be used for. It works alongside our Terms of Service, which contains the full legal warranty and indemnification language โ€” this page is the shorter, practical version.

What the App accepts

The App works from exactly one kind of input: a video file already on your own computer. It does not accept links, and it does not browse, search, download, or select content from YouTube, Facebook, or any other platform on its own. You provide the file โ€” that's the only way footage gets into the App.

You need the rights to what you submit

The App is built for creators repurposing their own recordings โ€” podcasts, Zoom calls, camera footage โ€” into vertical clips. Every file you submit should be content you own, or content you have permission from the rights holder to process, edit, and republish in this way. If you're not sure you have that right for a particular video, don't submit it.

We don't check this for you

The App does not review, verify, or pre-screen the files you submit โ€” it processes what you give it. That means the responsibility for having the right to use any given video sits with you, not with RAJ CREATIONS LLC. See the "What you do with your footage" and "Indemnification" sections of our Terms of Service for the full legal detail.

Publishing to your own YouTube channel โ€” optional

If you connect your own YouTube channel to auto-publish finished clips, using that feature doesn't exempt you from YouTube's own terms of service. If YouTube's rules don't allow what you're trying to publish, using this App to publish it anyway doesn't make that permitted.
